Sound of Yell, named after the body of water surrounding the Shetland isle, are a unique ensemble exploring the space where folk and jazz meet. The group is led by Stevie Jones (Arab Strap, Alasdair Roberts and Friends, El Hombre Trajeado). Augmenting Jones’ fingerstyle guitar compositions for this rare, full band set are an exciting and broad ranging collection of some of Glasgow’s finest musicians:
