Following on from their debut performance earlier this year, Ayo Vincent leads his trio through a program of original compositions. Rooted in Jazz tradition, his writing draws influence from a multitude of genres including R&B, Soul and Funk mixed in with New Orleans grooves, drawing from the masters Herbie Hancock, Ahmed Jamal and many more.
Expect high energy twists, turns and exploration. With plans to record an album in the near future, keep an eye out for what is to come.
Ayo Vincent is a Jazz pianist, composer and arranger originating from South West London. A graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and mentee of the British jazz legend Julian Joseph, he performs regularly across the UK.
