Acclaimed UK guitarist Nick Costley-White leads his trio featuring Dave Whitford (Billy Hart, Dave Leibman) on bass and Josh Morrison (Stacey Kent, Dave O’Higgins) on drums.
Having notched up hundreds of hours on the bandstand together, they’ve honed their trio sound over the course of years of gigging on the London jazz circuit. Expect swinging and dynamic improvising from three of the most in-demand players in the country.
In 2023 they released their EP “Nice Work!” and toured the UK as a trio with special guests Jason Rebello, Will Barry and Ross Stanley. Hear them now in their original trio format as they get stuck into new material inspired by the explorative sounds of 60s post bop.
