The LJO is a big band of outstanding soloists, performing original music at a very high standard. They continue their Vortex residency with new music by pianist Alcyona Mick and saxophonist Tori Freestone, bassist Calum Gourlay and trumpet Noel Langley, and director Scott Stroman’s reimagining of Wayne Shorter’s All-Seeing Eye.
