Presenting a new body of work by rising star Allexa Nava, celebrating the release of her highly anticipated debut EP ‘No Language,’ on the Jazz re:freshed label marking a significant milestone in her career as a saxophonist, flautist, and composer.

The EP showcases Nava’s unique musical voice, which transcends traditional boundaries and speaks directly to listeners regardless of their cultural background. The title ‘No Language’ reflects how music can communicate emotions and stories beyond words, breaking down barriers between cultures and traditions. Hailing from Peru and making waves in the UK music scene, Nava has already established herself as a formidable presence in the UK jazz and contemporary music landscape. Her performances at festivals including Glastonbury, We Out Here, Wilderness, and Brainchild have captivated audiences, while appearances at iconic venues such as Ronnie Scott’s and Jazz in the Round have cemented her reputation as a must-watch artist.

‘No Language’ represents the culmination of years of musical exploration and growth, following Nava’s initial foray into sharing her original compositions.
