Legendary fingerstyle guitarist Duck Baker is joined by clarinettist Alex Ward, double bassist John Edwards and drummer Steve Noble for an evening of original jazz compositions. Baker is known is one of the leading guitar interpreters of Herbie Nichols and Thelonious Monk, and, as one critic put it, “his own tunes come from a nearby planet”. The music will range from quirky modern jazz to free improvisations.
