London Jazz Singer of the Year nominee Fini Bearman is a London based vocalist and composer whose music melds influences as diverse as jazz, blues, Brazilian, and contemporary into an arresting and uniquely personal sound.
Fini has been inspired by composers from Stevie Wonder to Kurt Rosenwinkel and Wayne Shorter, and in this brand new line-up she will be exploring original songs in an acoustic, intimate setting. This music is honest yet witty, mixing lush harmony and contemporary grooves with an acoustic, jazz inspired orchestration.
After the success of her debut album ‘Step Up’ in 2011, Fini will be promoting the soft-release of her EP ‘Feel Deeply’ this Summer, as well as the much anticipated release of her second album, ‘Porgy and Bess Revisited’ out on F-ire Records this Autumn.
