Their quartet features Harry Ling on drums and Harry Pearce on bass who are both also studying at the Guildhall. They will be playing a mixture of original compositions and standards.
Francisco Garcia de Paredes is a young jazz guitarist from London currently studying at the Guildhall. Francisco draws influence from musicians like Jimmy Raney and Hank Mobley as well as more contemporary musicians such as Kurt Rosenwinkel and Mark Turner. His dedication to the tradition of jazz as well the more contemporary side of jazz has allowed Francisco to develop his own sound and blend hard bop lines with contemporary vocabulary, voicings and harmony.
