Huw V Williams and his trio draw on rich combinations of his Welsh roots and the contemporary creative music scenes in London, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Featuring Brooklynite Devin Gray who has a long CV of playing with many of the innovators of the international creative music scene and Londoner George Crowley, who has invested heavily into the city’s jazz scene as one of the most sought after woodwind players in British jazz. The music performed on the evening are compositions written especially for this project. This is the next step from Huw’s highly popular album HON, expect plenty of surprises.
