Mercury nominated Led Bib returns to the Vortex, almost exactly 10 years since they did the very first concert in our Dalston club. This is their first London gig since November, and likely to be their ONLY London gig till late 2015.
Led Bib are one of the original torch bearers for the revitalized young British jazz scene. The Mercury Prize nominated rock-jazzers celebrate their 10 year anniversary this year with two record releases in April and an extensive European tour. Looking back on a decade of music that takes in seven albums and a string of accolades, acclaim and performances, the band can feel safe in the knowledge that they punched through genre barriers to carry the flag for UK progressive music.
