Medium yellowish green, silvery colour, fine, long-lasting bubbles. Delicate with a flavour of flowering honey, a touch of yellow tropical fruit, notes of mango and pineapple, minerals. Complex, fine biscuit, white apple fruit, freshly structured, maintains its flavour well, a lime finish, versatile.
