Matthew Herd is a Scottish songwriter, composer, and saxophonist living in east London.
He writes for and performs with Seafarers, a band that unites some of the most prominent voices in folk and improvised music. Their debut album, “Orlando”, was released in 2020 to international acclaim, and was followed by the much-lauded “II” in 2022.
